Denuncias por robo de aparatos celulares, (deben ser gestionadas por los usuarios reportando el robo de su celular a la compañía que le presta el servicio para el bloqueo del mismo. 1. ¿Para brindar un Servicio de Telefonía Fija y Telefonía Móvil, ¿es necesario obtener una Frecuencia del Espectro Radioeléctrico? / To provide a Fixed and Mobile Telephony Service, is it necessary to obtain a Radio Spectrum Frequency?

Desde los siguientes puntos de vista de interconexión telefónica: móvil a móvil, móvil a fija, o viceversa: fija a telefonía móvil, si es necesaria la obtención de una frecuencia del espectro radioeléctrico. 15. ¿Qué es un Operador de Telecomunicaciones? / What is a Telecommunications Operator?

Se denomina operador de telecomunicaciones a toda persona, individual o jurídica que posee y administra una red de telecomunicaciones. Un operador de telecomunicaciones es cualquier empresa legalmente constituida que cuenta con las licencias, permisos y garantías exigidas por Ley para ejercer actividades de telecomunicaciones con consumidores finales personas físicas u otras personas jurídicas (administraciones, empresas, organismos, etc.) / An Operator is any person, individual or legal entity that owns and manages a telecommunications network.
